They are looking for experienced backend engineers to build highly scalable, low-latency distributed systems that power mission-critical blockchain services.

Design, develop, and optimise high-concurrency, highly available microservices and distributed backend systems.

Build distributed platforms capable of supporting millions of QPS with low latency, high throughput, and 99.99%+ availability.

Drive microservices architecture, including service decomposition, API design, service governance, distributed tracing, circuit breaking, and graceful degradation.

Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, incident troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and middleware integration/customisation.

Develop high-quality, scalable code while promoting engineering best practices and technical standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

5+ years of experience building large-scale internet or high-concurrency backend systems.

Strong blockchain experience with EVM, Sui, and Solana, including on-chain data querying, smart contract interaction, latest block monitoring, and historical blockchain analysis.

Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, service governance, distributed transactions, idempotency, and traffic control.

Proven experience designing and optimising high-concurrency, highly available systems, including rate limiting, circuit breaking, disaster recovery, degradation strategies, and multi-active deployments.

Strong Java expertise with JVM internals (memory model, GC, lock optimisation) and proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Kafka/RocketMQ, Redis Cluster, MySQL (sharding/partitioning), database optimisation, and deploying and maintaining cloud-based middleware infrastructure.

Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to drive technical solutions from design to production.
