Essential Functions/ Responsibilities 基本职能/职责：

Performing the in-process inspection during the stamping & insert molding.
检验计划完成制程品质检验确认。

Performing IPA audit per audit schedule.
依据IPA稽核计划完成相应稽核。

General Floor Support and Quality Problem Analysis and Resolution.
常规的现场支持，品质问题分析与解决。

Making the judgment for the in-process product from production & finished goods from inspectors. Also, feedback the result to manufactural quality engineering.
制程质量问题与成品的产品判断，并反馈结果给到制程质量工程师。

Work with engineers on raw material issues in the manufacturing process, ensure prompt attention is given to potentially non-conforming products.
与工程师合作，处理制造过程中的材料问题，并对潜在的不良给予密切关注.

Handling In-process subs quality problem and make the containment action for stock, working in-process product if necessary.
处理制程中的半成品质量问题，有必要的话，对库存物料和在制品给予围堵措施.

Follow up the Human Errors, internal & external QP corrective actions implementing status.
跟进人为失误，内部和外部纠正措施的执行状态.

Product transfer inspection, sample approval, and follow up the quality of the next three batches.

Responsible for training the new inspectors and cross training operators at QA area, production etc.

Updating daily, weekly and monthly inspection reports to relevant work centers.

Assisting engineer and manager to plan, drilling and reviewing the EMS emergency response

Updating the existing measurement programs according to the latest drawing, writing new product programs.

Sort out the monthly stamping pin samples and insert molding samples, creating parcel ID number in the system, and place in the sample retention room for at least two years.
每月整理冲压端子留样和注塑留样，在系统中创建PARCEL ID号，并放置在留样室至少2年.

Use SPC tools to manage process quality。

Use molding knowledge, electroplating knowledge, tooling knowledge to handle process quality anomalies.

Required Experience 经验要求：

At least 3 years connector experience and quality experience.
至少3年连接器和品质经验；

Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.

Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.

Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations. May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear). May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).

Preferred Education 优先学历要求：
High School or Technical School, College or University graduate is preferred.

Training required 培训要求：
Backplane Connector quality standard and Quality system training.
QP system, SGN system, E-LAB system, IPA audit system, Digital Height gage, Go/No Go gages, Micrometers, Caliper, MV, Thread Gages, Height gauge, Vertex. Pin gauge, Drop gauge, Projector.
背板连接器质量标准和质量体系培训。
QP系统，SGN系统，E-LAB系统，IPA审核系统，数字高度计，进/不进量规，千分尺，卡尺，MV，螺纹量规，高度量规，Vertex销规，落差规，投影仪。
