Quality Engineer for Painting

Location (Hybrid, permanent/full-time): Ningbo

What are your main tasks you can expect?

负责项目前期质量策划以及与客户前期质量问题的沟通与处理；
负责新产品导入的风险管理及质量策划工作；
负责产品量产前期质量检验标准制定和培训以及工厂内部质量标准的建立与监督实施；
负责前期项目产品的PPAP资料准备以及提交给客户认可；
负责内部质量数据分析和汇总，并按客户需求及时反馈；
负责过程质量异常进行分析、改善、追踪和降低不良率；
负责处理客户质量投诉，并开展质量问题调查、分析与汇报；
负责处理工厂内部质量事故的调查、分析、判定及改善措施的跟踪；
负责对检验流程、方法的分析和改进，并对产品一致性的控制稽核；
组织公司内部对不合格品进行评审，针对质量问题组织制定措施，并加以跟踪和验证;
处理部门经理临时安排的工作任务。

What qualifications do you bring with you?

大学本科及以上学历，具有PQE/SQE相关工作经验5年或以上；
熟悉质量管理体系TS16949以及APQP/PPAP/SPC/MAS/FEMA等质量管理工具；
熟悉塑料件、金属件、喷漆件等质量管理经验；
具有良好的沟通能力，能准确反馈质量信息给供应商，内部客户和外部客户；
具有英语读、写能力。
