Your role and responsibilities
- Implement and operationalize Sales support in Salesforce, provide the sales training in the dedicated area of responsibility in the marketing and sales organization.
- Applying operational excellence methodologies and providing solutions and services in the process improvement in the responsible domain
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Smart Building/ Smart Power divisions in China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supports at the dedicated area a proper implementation and communication of the sales processes including Lead to opportunities to quotations conversion process Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in using the Salesforce system based on a defined KPI Assists the Sales teams in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Performs analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results. Resolve the issues and problems from the Salesforce users in a 3-tier governance model to ensure the smooth business operation in EL China at defined KPI Lead improvements to the tools based on own evaluations to achieve simplification and to increase users’ acceptance.
Representative of LSO for all tools related topics (e.g. Upgrades, new tools) in the area. Responsible for the sales tool deployment (e.g. SFDC, Apttus). Supports the implementation of enabling technologies to local sales units, e.g. Mobility, E-business. Supports the development and use of the opportunity tracking tools and collect the business requirements (e.g. from Sales users) to enhance the sales processes and improve market intelligence. Monitors the compliance of the sales teams in the region with required standards for maintaining data in the sales tools. Acts as key player in the business reference teams, by suggesting improvements to the tools based on own evaluations to achieve simplification and to increase users’ acceptance.

AI Agent & Intelligent Automation
Identify repetitive, time-consuming, and rule-based tasks in sales processes that are suitable for AI Agent automation. Collaborate with sales teams to capture individual best practices and transform them into reusable organizational capabilities through AI-powered solutions. Design, deploy, and maintain AI Agent workflows to automate routine tasks such as data entry, report generation, customer inquiry responses, and process reminders. Continuously evaluate AI Agent performance and optimize automation scenarios to improve efficiency and user experience. Promote AI adoption within the sales organization through training, communication, and change management support.
Ensures a proper communication and updates on issues related to tools’ development and new functionalities. Supports for division specific sales documentation, guidelines and updates. Ensures the development of a proper network throughout the local sales units, to enable a long run structured and sustainable process mindset in the sales teams; carefully drives and ensures behavioral change.
Responsible for the deployment and distribution of common sales reports and market intelligence essential to the sales community in the dedicated area. Recommends revisions to existing reports and assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed. Supports in the dedicated area the deployment of KPI’s and monitors the sales performance, e.g. productivity Acts as business analyst for each selling organization leader to assist in monthly insights and where to focus; Leads, opportunities, Quotes
Supports the deployment of the sales training and the related functional competency programs in dedicated area.
Actively collect external and internal customers feedback and ensures they are analyzed and used as a base for defining and following up on improvement actions. Work in cross-functional teams that contributes to the overall Customer Success and escalate as necessary to remove roadblocks.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering, IT, data analysis, or management related major. Minimum 5 years of related electrification industry professional working experience in multinational companies. Multiple years of commercial operational support experience including sales process support, customer experience related work, or commercial operations. Demonstrated Salesforce knowledge and experience in both operational support and improvement.
Proficient with Microsoft Power BI, SAP and Salesforce. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies (e.g. AI Agents, Chat GPT, Copilot, or similar intelligent automation platforms); experience in identifying automation scenarios and implementing AI-powered solutions is a plus. Ability to translate business processes into automation workflows; understanding of prompt engineering or low-code/no-code automation tools is preferred.

Excellent collaboration to work to deliver common target with virtual team, strong problem solving skills and take responsibility to deliver results as committed. Strong process improvement mindset and project management skill, 6 Sigma green-belt certification is a plus.
