We are seeking a highly motivated, analytically-minded, and innovation-driven intern to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced team members to support data-driven decision-making, explore AI-powered solutions to reimagine how we operate, and translate complex datasets into meaningful insights that shape business strategy. You will gain exposure to cross-border e-commerce operations at scale and have the opportunity to prototype and pilot AI-driven innovations that unlock new possibilities for the team.
Key job responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps, and present findings to stakeholders
- Explore and apply AI/ML tools (e.g., LLMs, automation agents, generative AI) to solve business problems differently — driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation
- Support the development and maintenance of business dashboards, reports, and operational metrics frameworks
- Prototype AI-powered workflows or tools that challenge existing processes and create new possibilities for the team
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and seller experience
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly through written documents and presentations
