Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for UPS solutions in the data center market, including finance data center, hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data centers.
Identify, develop, and manage key accounts such as data center owners, operators, and major end users.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, designers, EPCs, and system integrators influencing data center power architecture decisions.
Drive the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, technical and commercial coordination, bid management, negotiation, and contract closure.
Work closely with pre-sales, engineering, and product teams to define competitive technical solutions and value propositions for customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the data center and critical power industry.
Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, margin, pipeline) and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and customer presentations related to data centers and critical power infrastructure.

Qualification：

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UPS, critical power, or electrical infrastructure industry.
Proven experience selling solutions to the data center sector (e.g. UPS, power distribution, batteries, cooling, or related infrastructure).
Strong understanding of data center power architectures and customer decision-making processes.
Experience working with consultants, EPCs, system integrators, and key end users in the data center ecosystem.
Track record of managing complex sales cycles and large project-based opportunities.
