Role: Technical Support (Gaming Industry)

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our iGaming team in Armenia. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring seamless platform operation, resolving technical issues, and delivering an exceptional user experience. This position requires full relocation to Armenia, with comprehensive company-sponsored support provided.
Key Responsibilities
Bug Reporting and Follow-up
- Resolve technical issues encountered by customers during product usage, providing fast and effective solutions.
- Promptly follow up on and report BUG issues to drive problem resolution.
- Maintain and update FAQs, operation manuals, and technical Q&A documentation.
Customer Training
- Provide customers with backend operation process guidance.
- Help clients become familiar with and master backend features and daily operations.
Requirement Feedback
- Collect customer feedback and functional requirements.
- Organize and relay insights to product or R&D departments to drive continuous product improvement.
Documentation Management
- Write and maintain FAQs, user guides, and technical support documentation.
- Enhance team efficiency through clear and accessible knowledge resources.
Empathetic and Professional Query Resolution
- Address customer concerns with high emotional intelligence.
- Soothe customers who have experienced long wait times and ensure their satisfaction with support services.
Communication and Coordination
- Maintain strong communication with clients.
- Coordinate internal resources to resolve technical issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Emergency Response
- Respond to unexpected incidents such as system outages or service interruptions.
- Coordinate with the technical team to restore services quickly and minimize downtime.
Art Resource Upload and Media Support
- Manage the upload and organization of art resource images.
- Support media-related requirements, ensuring resource integrity and compliance with operational campaign display standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or SaaS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Familiarity with backend systems, ticketing tools, and basic networking concepts.
- Willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia, and work in a multinational team.
