This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities :
Work model: onsite

Develop and review full project documents to meet safety, quality and contract require ments; optimize designs with updated standards and new components, improve solutions based on customer feedback. Present design outcomes in project meetings and conduct peer design verification against engineering guidelines.

Build standardized design workflows and promote 2D/3D modeling tools; share best practices, summarize project experience and propose process & tool improvements. Iden tify and mitigate technical risks.

Prepare project schedules and cost estimations with PMs; generate accurate BOMs to avoid surplus materials and ensure target profit margins. Implement approved design var iations and support contract claims.

Draft RFQs and conduct technical evaluation for suppliers together with supply chain teams. Coordinate with manufacturing, testing and commissioning teams; update as-built engineering documents after installation.

Follow safety, cybersecurity and compliance rules throughout project lifecycle from or der receipt to closure. Escalate quality, cost, compliance or safety issues to managers timely to achieve full technical acceptance
Qualifications for the Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical majors.

Relevant working experience in mechanical product design and engineering project de livery is preferred.

Familiar with mechanical design principles, industry quality and safety standards, and basic engineering project procedures.

Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks and other 2D/3D modeling tools; capable of structural design, BOM preparation and technical document compilation.

Possess effective communication, problem-solving and cross-team collaboration abili ties. Self-motivated, rigorous in work, and capable of continuous process optimization and risk control.
