Job Title Technical Assistant

Location: Nantong, China

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to provide invoicing and administrative support to our Marine & Offshore business. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and able to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure accurate invoicing, timely issue resolution, and a positive customer experience.

Fixed- term Contract (2 years)

The role

Prepare and review invoicing reports for completed jobs.
Raise invoice requests and ensure invoice accuracy and quality.
Support profitability reviews through timely invoicing data.
Respond to client invoice-related queries and provide effective support.
Follow global processes and quality standards in all activities.
Escalate client feedback when required and support a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth task handovers and workflow completion.

What you bring

Experience in invoicing, administration, customer service, or a similar support role.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Good command of written and spoken English.
