Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
Product (Yield) Development Engineer to play a role of improving yield and optimizing cost of AMD products, have chance to involve in advanced processor development technology, data analysis and test method, and work with “world class” semiconductor engineering teams all over the world
THE PERSON:
The person who has got passion and interest in semiconductor especially in microprocessor field, fast- learner and with good communication skillsets, the person who ‘s creative, think out of the box.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independent ownership of product yield management, identifying yield opportunity on ATE and system level test, material and hardware, etc. manage and drive yield improvement, Analysis, debug, implementation plans.

Product definition, bonding box, silicon characterization plan and execution, analysis

Test point optimization across Test flow-– frequency, voltage, variable voltage method

Fab Targeting – analysis across yield, performance and distribution parameters

Hold lot analysis and disposition, KPI management in system.

Communicating product KPI with supply chain and managing OSAT. Deliver supply related engineering solution (wafer/diebank priority, material cheery pick etc)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Effective communication skills in English

Familiar with python or java script

Fab PE (Product engineer) background is preferred

Experience with data analysis tool (JMP and etc)

Basic scan/bist test knowledge is preferred
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
-
B/S degree or above in Electric Engineering/Computer Science or related is desired
