About the Role
The incumbent is an HR generalist to support the HR related business requirements in the assigned accounts.
Communication Requirements
Internal (80%)
- Regular meeting with SBU head to review people matters and job progress
- Various ad hoc meetings with different parties within the company
External (20%)
Communicate with group or vendors
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of HR working experience
- Excellent time management skills, self-driven and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects on hand; energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Working experience in multinational companies and high-tech industry preferred
- Good command of English, communication skills and fact finding skill
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
