Duty Project Manager

Specialisation: Civil Engineering/Construction/Structural

Be responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of project from planning to delivery, within scheduled timeframe, quality, cost, and safety requirements in accordance with company and statutory standards
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, authorities and other relevant parties to ensure good communication and process
Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion while ensuring efficient and productive use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness
Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information
Ensure proper planning and scheduling of resources, (machinery, labour and materials) to minimize wastage and rework
Oversee proper documentation control and distribution of drawings, specifications and other technical documents
Manage, guide and inspire a project team of different nationalities and background to ensure proper execution of project operation

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) & Construction Safety Course
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Experience in bored pilling will be an asset
Valid Class 3 driving license & own transport will be an asset
Salary will be based on the working experience

Salary:

About S$4000.00 - S$8000.00
