Job Title: Sales Account Coordinator

As a Sales Account Coordinator, you will work closely with sales, marketing, creation, and technical teams to support business growth and deliver a great experience for customers. Your key responsibilities

Support commercial projects to help achieve sales targets, margin goals, and forecast accuracy.

Maintain and update project management systems, including activity reports, project data, win/loss tracking, safety documentation, and SAP entries.

Coordinate sales administration activities, regional sales budgets, target tracking, vitality reports, and ad hoc business requests.

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure materials for customer submissions are prepared and delivered on time, including samples, presentations, and supporting documentation.

Manage fragrance, product, sampling, and related customer requests while coordinating with global business teams.

Support ongoing projects and events by organizing meetings, tracking progress, and collaborating with customer marketing, innovation, and technical teams.

You Bring

At least 3 years of experience in a commercial coordination, sales support, marketing support, or related role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.

Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
