About the role:
Overall Technical responsibility of facilities service delivery for client’s site. To manage comprehensive engineering and mechanical management services. To achieve financial and other KPIs established by the Client, and Site Facilities Manager. Delivery of services in accordance with the client’s Management Agreement SLA.
What this job involves:
FE must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
Responsible for site facilities operation and ensure all facilities operations, maintenance and management activities of the electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire systems and equipment, etc are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with the company, client and government’s policies and requirements
Follow / Establish site specific Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staff
Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with client’s Management SLA
Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
The single point of technical issue for FM at the site
Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities.
Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule
Develop of technical service standard
Initiate planning of Critical Environment procedure
Provide solutions for technical issue
Initiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a quarterly basis
Initiate Preventive Management Program
Responsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during Site Inspection and Project Development, if required
Solution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion
Conduct compliance review where necessary
Conduct training to our site staff
Handle of 360 program for PPM
To comply with all company procedures and adhere to company standards
Sound like you? To apply you will have:
A university degree or professional qualification in engineering management
4-6 years practical experience in property or facility and 0ver 4 years practical experience in facilities maintenance operation, preferably in a campus management
Good troubleshooting knowledge
Strong leadership, people and communication skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
Good troubleshooting knowledge
Computer literate
Ability to communication in Chinese and the English language
