About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is looking for Executive Assistant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Working in Executive Office , Executive Assistant reports to General Manager.

What you will do
1. Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, schedule meetings, coordinating appointments for General Manager and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards, in timely and professional manners
2. Prepare written correspondence on behalf of General Manager for approval and to proofread prior submission for signature.
3. To monitor managers work assignment given by GM and to advise the GM when a work assignment cannot be returned within the required time frame.
4. To keep GM promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken.
5. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors and to conduct personal behavior in mature and professional manner and be buddy to other administrative assistants as and when necessary.
6. To keep oneself informed of daily hotel activities.
7. To update “Guest Comment Analysis” and generate reports.
8. To participate in scheduled meetings as requested (e.g. DH Meeting minutes).
9. To open and handle the GM’s mail when requested.
10. To maintain the GM and personal work area in a neat and orderly manner in accordance with established guideline and standards.
11. To assist in the preparation of reports as required by GM.
12. To co-ordinate special events, promotions and publicity activities as assigned.
13. To keep great relations with owners.
What you bring
Education: College education or equivalent experience.
Experience: Three years’ previous experience in same or relevant position Skills and Abilities: Requires a working knowledge of division operations. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language.
