About the role
RTM & Channel Management
Coordinate the rollout of approved RTM initiatives and channel development programs, ensuring consistent regional execution and capturing feedback for ongoing improvement.
JBP Program Management & Continuous Improvement
Oversee the national JBP operating rhythm, contribute to annual refinement of the framework and tools, maintain visibility of rollout and reported follow-up across regions, and capture relevant distributor insights and field learnings.
Distributor Performance Management
Drive the execution of distributor Scorecards, performance reviews and annual assessments within established frameworks, providing performance insights and improvement recommendations.
Market Discipline & Governance
Manage day-to-day market discipline processes, including traceability reviews, cross-region cases and corrective action tracking, with timely escalation of material risks.
Regional Sales Operations Coordination
Act as the head-office Sales Operations partner for assigned regions, coordinating operational requirements, resolving issues and ensuring consistent application of national processes.
About you
- 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Sales Planning, or a related function.
- Experience supporting sales teams within FMCG, consumer goods, beverage, healthcare, retail, or multinational organizations.
Proven experience in sales reporting, performance analysis, forecasting, and customer management processes.
