As Business Unit AMSL Automotive Solutions & Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
Your new responsibilities

As a PIT member, prepare new equipment/tooling/fixtures for new products/processes/technologies based on DfM&DtC mindset.

Lead standardization database (routing, machine/labor/cycle time) with production & process teams to support cost calculation; manage capacity, CAPEX, and layout planning.

Define specifications for new equipment/spare parts/fixtures/test devices; develop and execute maintenance plans to achieve S/Q/C/D KPIs; compile maintenance documents and train technicians/setters.

Cooperate with production & process teams on problem prevention (PFMEA/maintenance) and quick resolution (QRQC/PSS) to achieve production KPIs (safety, quality, cost, on-time delivery, people).

Implement OE tools and structured continuous improvement (process flow, IE, poka-yoke, OEE, EHS, productivity VAM/MCP); complete other tasks assigned.
Who we are looking for
-
Bachelor or above education with the major of Mechanical Engineering/Automation Engineering/Industrialization Engineering or related.
- 3 years and above experience with semiconductor equipment.
- Essential knowhow on LED chips / process control.
- Professional skills on equipment engineering & maintenance / Industrialization Engineering / Lean & Six-Sigma.
- English for writing/reading
- Basic manufacturing IT skills on MES and Vision system.
