Execute production plans and conduct variance analysis to achieve Production Department KPI targets.

Implement production standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training requirements to ensure operators possess the necessary competencies for their assigned roles.

Manage shift operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.

Ensure effective shift handover management to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between shifts, enabling orderly task transition and operational continuity.
- Lead daily shift production meetings, allocate and communicate production targets, and take full responsibility for shift performance, workforce management, and on-site quality and safety control to ensure on-time delivery with required quality standards.

Monitor and ensure fulfillment of responsibilities by production line leaders/supervisors across all processes, and manage performance evaluation of shift personnel.

Identify, manage, and drive improvements related to deviations or gaps in the 5M+1E framework (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, and Environment).

Implement and manage shift handover processes to ensure continuity of production activities, effective information transfer, and consistent quality and safety management.

Act as a champion of continuous improvement initiatives and support the development and capability enhancement of team members.
- College degree or above.

Minimum 3 years of relevant manufacturing or production management experience.

Proactive working attitude with strong resilience and ability to perform under pressure.

Results-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and continuous learning capability.

Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with problem-solving methodologies and tools.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management, Production Management, and related operational tools.

Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
