We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Relation Manager CMB. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, and delivering comprehensive banking solutions including lending, trade finance, treasury, and cross-border financing products.
Job Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Business Development
- Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth;
- Proactively acquire new-to-bank corporate clients through networking and market intelligence;
- Develop and execute account strategies and relationship plans for key clients.
Credit & Risk Management
- Lead credit origination, including preparation and presentation of credit proposals, financial analysis, and risk assessment;
- Monitor portfolio credit quality and ensure timely annual reviews and compliance with internal risk policies;
- Manage and escalate credit issues as needed, ensuring early problem recognition and remediation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product partners to deliver comprehensive solutions;
- Coordinate with HASE teams on cross-border opportunities;
- Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;- Minimum 6–10 years of commercial banking experience, with at least 5 years in a relationship management role;
- Results-driven with a strong sales and service mindset;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player;
- Sound judgment and ethical conduct, with a deep understanding of compliance and risk culture
