营销员渠道： 营销员渠道业务发展经理（储备管理岗）
岗位职责：
1. 策略规划：
- 协助机构负责人分解和落实业务发展战略和规划, 达成各项关键考核指标。
2. 业绩推动：
- 指导各类营销员活动，推动业务发展；
- 协助家族主管会的举办，给予业务主管建议和意见，协助其提升管理能力；
- 指导主管商业计划的制定并提出改善方案；
- 通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求，协助其提升产能；
- 督促推动并执行各类业务发展活动，确保其有效实施。
3. 日常工作：
- 营管处晨会的经营与管理；
- 公司信息的传达与宣导；
- 协调所负责区域和公司相关部门的关系，处理日常行政事务；
- 指导下属员工处理营销员的意见、建议和投诉；
- 辅导下属员工提升个人业务能力。
4. 营销员业务品质和销售行为管理：
- 在业务会议中推广业务品质和合规经营理念；
- 协助合规等部门对营销员进行合规和纪律管理；
- 及时发现并报告营销员团队中存在业务品质风险和异常业务行为。
基本要求：
- 本科或以上学历，10 年以上相关工作经验
- 系统的业务管理结构和保险经营环境知识
- 强大的领导力，优秀的分析和决策能力
- 基础业务培训及资源管理技能
- 卓越的沟通和演讲技巧
- 扎实的项目管理技巧
