Responsible for managing the material planning and replenishing process, ensuring timely and efficient materials supply to meet customer demands and optimal inventory level.
Develop and maintain inventory and service strategies at the appropriate level to support customer requirements.
Lead and proactively optimize the S&OP cycle to enhance planning effectiveness and drive measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, lead times and inventory levels
Analyze historical sales, order patterns, seasonality, and market intelligence to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Monitor materials inventory and supply against the demand; identify and address potential supply constraints, shortage risks, or excessrisks.
Collaborate with sales/customer service to incorporate pipeline, backlog, and customer forecasts, support key customer demand alignment where applicable.
Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in materials planning or demand planning with manufacturing multinational companies. Familiar withpurchasing and inventory management.
Understanding of supply chain operations and quality system request.
Good understanding of materials planning and inventory control methods.
Strong communication skills, good team spirit and can work under pressure.
Fluent in oral and written English.
Basic financial knowledge is must.
Proficient in using MS Office applications and ERP systems, as well as familiar with Power BI, Python, or other relevant tools will be a plus.
