负责头盔非标测试及认证流程开发
Responsible for non-standard helmet testing and certification process development. -
为客户提供测试方法、测试结果及相关法规的技术支持，解答客户的技术问题。
Provide technical support to clients regarding testing methods, results, and related regulations, addressing their technical inquiries. -
分析测试数据，编写测试报告，并为产品改进提供技术支持和建议。
Analyze test data, prepare test reports, and provide technical support and recommendations for product improvement. -
跟踪行业最新技术和法规动态
Stay updated on the latest industry technologies and regulations.

Job Requirements 任职要求:
-
本科或同等学历及以上，机械工程、材料工程或相关专业背景，具备机械测试或可靠性测试的基本知识。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, or related fields, with basic knowledge of mechanical or reliability testing. -
三年以上实验室测试开发经验，
More than three years of test development experience in the laboratory.

具有头盔行业或相关领域的工作经验者优先。
Experience in helmet industry or related fields is preferred. -
熟悉测试设备及工具，具备机械性能测试、可靠性测试或认证经验者优先。
Familiarity with testing equipment and tools; experience in mechanical performance testing, reliability testing, or certification is a plus. -
具备良好的数据分析能力，能够使用相关软件进行测试数据处理和分析。
Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in using relevant software (for test data processing and analysis. -
良好的沟通能力，能够与客户及团队成员高效协作。
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. -
英语能力良好，能够熟练阅读和撰写技术文档。
Good command of English, with the ability to read and write technical documents proficiently. -
