We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB Replica Sets and Sharded Clusters.

Monitor database health, performance, and capacity.
-
Perform backup, recovery, major version upgrades, and disaster recovery solutions.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize queries and indexes.

Implement database security best practices, e.g., RBAC, Encryption at REST, and so on.

Automate operational tasks within Ops MMs，Atlas and Admin API.
-
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure database reliability, scalability and other NFRs.
Requirements
-
3+ years of MongoDB administration experience.

Strong knowledge of Index, Replica Sets, Sharding, WiredTiger, and performance tuning.

Experience with Linux and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).

Familiarity with MongoDB Ops Manager/Atlas, Prometheus, and Grafana.
-
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
