Senior Salesforce Consultant

What we achieve together
Platform Governance & Architecture: Own the Salesforce platform roadmap, standards, security model (roles, sharing rules, FLS), data architecture, and governance processes. Define and enforce release management, change control, and documentation practices.
End-to-End Delivery & Solution Design: Lead end-to-end delivery from scoping to deployment. Architect scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Flow/Automation, Apex (where appropriate), and declarative tools. Design data models, validation rules, automation, and CPQ/service experiences as needed.
Integrations & Data Quality: Architect and implement secure integrations with ERP, marketing automation, data lakes, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) via REST/SOAP APIs. Drive data quality through deduplication, standardization, migrations, and ongoing stewardship.
Reporting & Stakeholder Partnership: Build dashboards and reports for executives and end users, translating business questions into measurable metrics. Partner with business units to continuously improve KPI tracking and decision-making.
Project Management & Vendor Coordination: Manage scope, timelines, risks, and resource needs; partner with IT and business PMs to align priorities. Maintain backlog with clear user stories and participate in agile ceremonies. Coordinate with external consultants/partners and effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
What makes us successful together
Qualifications: You hold a university degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Experience: You have 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with 2+ years in an in-house or internal IT role, and a strong track record delivering multi-functional Salesforce initiatives (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.) in a multi-national company.
Know-how: You have deep knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governance, with proficiency in declarative automation (Flow, Process Builder) and familiarity with Apex/LWC. Experience in REST/SOAP integrations, ETL/data migration, and release management is essential.
Personality: You bring strong business acumen to translate needs into scalable solutions, along with vendor management skills to steer external teams and ensure alignment on processes and governance.
Language skills: You have excellent spoken and written English for effective global collaboration.
