Job Descriptions:
1. Track and analyze EU digital, data security & privacy regulations (GDPR, AI Act, Data Act, ESPR etc.) for key export markets like Germany, France and Italy; deliver policy reports and compliance insights for internal teams and clients.

2. Explore demands from Chinese export enterprises (new energy, power electronics, manufacturing), collect pain points on EU data processing, cross-border data transfer and product certification via business communication.
客户需求挖掘：与国内出口企业（尤其是在新能源、电力电子、工业制造等领域）进行技术及商务交流，主动收集其在欧盟市场的数据处理、跨境传输、产品安全认证等业务痛点及具体应用场景。
3. Cooperate with technical teams to design EU-compliant digital solutions, covering data compliance assessment, local data deployment and privacy design proposals, and compile relevant technical documents.
解决方案制定：结合欧盟法规要求与客户实际业务场景，协同技术团队设计合规、可行的数字化解决方案（如数据合规评估、数据本地化配置、产品隐私设计建议等），并协助完成技术方案文档。
4. Develop promotion strategies for different clients, assist sales teams with training, case presentation and commercial negotiations to scale up new business scenarios.
业务推广与落地：针对不同客户群体，策划并执行解决方案的推广策略，支持销售团队进行客户培训、案例展示及商务谈判，推动新业务场景的商业化应用与规模化复制。
5. Align with internal technical teams and global experts to ensure solution quality and delivery efficiency. Represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand influence in digital compliance field.

Job Requirements：
1. Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Information Security, Computer Science, International Trade, Telecommunication Engineering or related fields. Candidates with dual backgrounds in both law and technology are preferred.
教育背景：本科及以上学历，法律、信息安全、计算机、国际贸易、通信工程等相关专业。具备法学+技术的复合背景者优先。
2. Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in testing & certification, data compliance, privacy protection, product export certification, technical consulting or related project delivery is preferred.
工作经验：3年以上相关工作经验，有检测认证、数据合规、隐私保护、产品出口认证、技术咨询等领域实习或项目经验者优先。
3. AI Tool Proficiency
Skilled in leveraging AI tools for daily work, including information retrieval & consolidation, document drafting & polishing, data analysis and presentation material creation, to boost work efficiency and output quality.
AI工具运用：熟练使用各类AI工具辅助日常工作，包括但不限于信息检索与整合、文档撰写与润色、数据分析、演示材料只做等，能够通过AI工具提升工作效率与质量。
4. Regulatory Comprehension
Familiar with EU digital policies and frameworks on data security & cyber protection. Able to quickly interpret EU regulations and assess their business impacts on specific industries.
法规理解能力：了解欧盟数字化政策，以及相关数据信息安全和网络安全保护框架；具备快速学习欧盟新法规的能力，能初步解读法规对具体行业的影响。
5. Communication & Demand Analysis
Strong client communication skills. Capable of understanding client business scenarios clearly and translating technical & regulatory requirements into commercial narratives.
沟通与需求分析能力：具备良好的客户沟通技巧，能够清晰理解客户业务场景，并有能力将技术/法规语言转化为商业表述。
6. English Proficiency
Excellent written and spoken English. Able to proficiently read EU legal documents and technical standards, and conduct client reporting & communication in English.
英语能力：优秀的英语读写及口语能力，能够熟练阅读欧盟法律文件、技术标准，并用英语进行工作汇报及客户交流。
7. Self-motivation & Teamwork
Strong interest in digitalization and data security fields. Eager to learn amid fast-changing policies. Good team player with cross-department collaboration capability and solid project support capacity.
