Imagine being at the forefront of Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies business, helping customers develop reliable and sustainable power infrastructure solutions. As an OEPC Sales Representative, you identify opportunities, shape bid strategies, and work closely with customers and internal teams to convert opportunities into successful projects. From technical solution development to commercial discussions, you play a key role throughout the sales cycle. Your market insight, customer engagement, and strong collaboration skills help drive business growth and strengthen Siemens Energy’s position in the industry.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You lead and support sales activities within your assigned territory, including opportunity identification, lead management, and pipeline development.
- You prepare and coordinate bid documentation, define bid and win strategies, and support the development of competitive technical solutions.
- You work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality proposal submissions and effective project handover.
- You support commercial negotiations and contribute to successful contract acquisition.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders across your sales territory.
- You maintain accurate market intelligence, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipelines in Salesforce and other business systems.
- You support project execution activities when required and contribute to continuous customer satisfaction.
- You undertake additional assignments and business initiatives as required by management.
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- You have 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, tendering, or account management within the power transmission, energy, electrical equipment, or EPC industry.
- You possess solid knowledge of transmission and substation products, including power transformers, gas- or air-insulated switchgear, circuit breakers, surge arresters, and related Grid Technologies solutions.
- You have successful experience managing complex sales opportunities, tender processes, and customer negotiations from opportunity creation through contract award.
- Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors, industrial customers, or renewable energy developers is highly preferred.
- You demonstrate strong stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence both customers and internal partners.
- You have a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- You demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused approach and a strong passion for promoting Siemens Energy solutions.
