- 1 年及以上高端酒店餐饮 / 贵宾酒廊服务经验，有 VIP 私宴接待经历优先；
- 形象得体，积极学习，细心主动，礼仪优雅，善于观察宾客需求，情绪稳定；
- 掌握基础餐酒知识，能独立完成物资盘点、台账登记；
- 流利普通话，基础英文沟通优先，不作硬性要求；
- 身体健康，可接受倒班、节假日轮班；
- 爱惜用品，节约物料，具备良好收纳与台账管理习惯。
