We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate.
Principal responsibilities

Work closely with onshore analyst based out of Hong Kong and South Korea

Create, maintain and update models on a regular basis with guidance from onshore counterparts

Conduct fundamental and financial analysis on industry and individual companies

Make meaningful contributions to research reports with guidance from onshore counterparts

Maintain and update various databases

Track and analyse regulatory changes and their impact on our coverage

Keep the global team appraised of new developments by monitoring news and events

Work on various client requests independently and in a timely and accurate manner

Work on global products, when required

Respond quickly, efficiently and accurately to ad-hoc requests
Requirements
Skill Set
-
Mandarin and Korean language capability
-
Competitive proficiency in written and spoken English
-
Knowledge and understanding of various valuation methodologies and metrics as well as financial modelling skills would be expected

Good written and oral/presentation skills
Qualifications
-
Post Graduate Finance / MBA or equivalent from a reputed university
-
Candidates who are CPA/CFA Charter holders or pursuing CPA/CFA will be preferred
Experience
-
Minimum 1-2 years in a related field within Financial Services
-
Understanding of financial markets and various asset classes is a must
