EMD Key Account Business Development Manager/Specialist （新能源集团总部方向）
职位概述
负责大客户集团总部层面的业务拓展与客户开发，围绕客户战略规划、项目布局、技术需求及合作机会开展前置性工作，推动总部关系建立、产品与方案导入，并联动区域销售促进项目转化与落地，支持重点客户的中长期业务增长。
主要职责

负责客户集团总部层面的业务拓展、客户开发及关键关系建立，提升公司在重点客户总部的合作基础和影响力；

收集并分析客户战略规划、年度业务目标、区域项目布局及投资动向，识别重点项目机会并支持区域销售跟进；
-
深入挖掘客户对电缆附件产品在技术、质量、服务及交付等方面的需求，推动产品和解决方案前期导入；
-
策划并推动总部层面的产品推广、技术交流和品牌宣传活动，增强客户认知并创造合作机会；
-
负责集团客户总部招标项目的统筹与协调，联动区域销售及内部相关团队准备投标资料，提升投标质量和成功率；
-
与区域销售团队保持紧密协同，推动总部信息、客户需求及项目机会向区域转化，促进项目落地和业务增长。
任职要求
教育背景
-
本科及以上学历；
-
电力，电气工程、理工科等相关专业优先。
工作经验
-
5年以上新能源、电力、电气设备、电缆附件或相关行业的大客户销售、业务拓展或项目开发经验；
-
有新能源集团客户、大型能源客户或大型国央企集团总部客户开发经验者优先；
-
具备跨区域项目协同或总部客户经营经验者优先。
专业能力
-
熟悉新能源行业业务模式，对风电、光伏、储能等领域有较好理解；
-
了解电缆附件或相关电力连接类产品的应用场景及客户需求；
-
熟悉招投标流程，有集团客户或项目型销售投标支持经验者优先；
-
具备较强的客户分析、信息整合、需求挖掘和业务规划能力；
-
具备良好的跨部门协同和项目推进能力。
综合素质

具备较强的客户开发与商务推动能力；

具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力和结果导向意识；

具备较强的执行力和自驱力；

中英文表达良好，会用PPT，excel 撰写书面报告

Key Responsibilities
-
Drive business development, customer acquisition, and key relationship building at the headquarters level of major group accounts, strengthening the company’s presence, influence, and cooperation foundation with strategic customers.
-
Collect and analyze customer strategic plans, annual business targets, regional project deployment, and investment trends; identify key project opportunities and support regional sales teams in follow-up actions.
-
Identify and deeply understand customer requirements for cable accessories in terms of technical specifications, quality, service, and delivery, and promote the early-stage introduction of products and solutions.

Plan and drive headquarters-level product promotion, technical exchange, and branding activities to enhance customer awareness and create business opportunities.
-
Lead and coordinate tender-related activities at the headquarters level of group customers, working closely with regional sales teams and internal stakeholders to prepare bidding documents and improve bid quality and win rate.
-
Maintain close collaboration with regional sales teams to translate headquarters-level information, customer needs, and project opportunities into regional actions, accelerating project execution and business growth.
Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree or above.
-
Major in Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other science and engineering-related disciplines is preferred.
Work Experience
-
At least 5 years of experience in key account sales, business development, or project development in renewable energy, power, electrical equipment, cable accessories, or related industries.
-
Experience in developing new energy group customers, large energy customers, or headquarters-level customers within large state-owned or central state-owned enterprise groups is preferred.
-
Experience in cross-regional project coordination or headquarters-level account management is preferred.
Professional Skills
-
Good understanding of the business models in the renewable energy industry, with solid knowledge of wind power, solar power, energy storage, or related sectors.
-
Familiarity with the application scenarios and customer requirements of cable accessories or related power connection products.
-
Familiarity with tendering and bidding processes; experience in bid support for group customers or project-based sales is preferred.

Strong capabilities in customer analysis, information integration, opportunity identification, demand generation, and business planning.
-
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
Competencies

Strong customer development and commercial driving capabilities.

Strong communication and coordination skills, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.

Strong execution capability and self-motivation.
-
Good command of both Chinese and English, with the ability to prepare written reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
