To deliver effective HR programs and processes that support talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation administration, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business needs and company policies.
- Execute talent acquisition activities to attract and onboard qualified employees in support of current and future business requirements.
- Support performance and talent management processes to enhance employee capability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives to strengthen workforce capability and support employee growth.
- Maintain HR data, reports, and employee records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and informed decision-making.
- Provide HR policy guidance and employee support to promote consistency, compliance, and positive employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
- Support organizational change and HR projects to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related field.
Relevant Previous Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
- Experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, or HR operations.
- Experience in multinational or manufacturing environments preferred.
Knowledge Areas / Skills
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Recruitment and talent management techniques.
- Compensation and benefits administration.
- HR data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
