About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical drug development through pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) sciences. You will lead clinical pharmacology activities from study design through data interpretation, modelling and simulation, and regulatory reporting, helping to accelerate the development of novel therapies for patients worldwide. Working within multidisciplinary global project teams, you will contribute to both early and late-stage clinical development programmes while collaborating with leading academic institutions, CRO partners, and key opinion leaders.
What You'll Do
Clinical Pharmacology Leadership
- Lead PK/PD strategy and clinical pharmacology activities across oncology and non-oncology development programmes.
- Design and support clinical studies focused on pharmacodynamic proof-of-mechanism, patient stratification, proof-of-concept, and translational research.
- Perform and oversee PK analysis, modelling and simulation, and interpretation of clinical pharmacology data.
- Generate high-quality clinical pharmacology reports, study documentation, and scientific presentations.
- Support biomarker strategy and companion diagnostic development throughout clinical development.
- Partner closely with external CROs, vendors, academic collaborators, and medical experts to deliver high-quality research outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary global teams including Clinical Development, Precision Medicine, Biostatistics, Computational Biology, Discovery Research, and Development Operations.
- Drive scientific innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes, modelling approaches, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For
Education
- Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Toxicology, Bioengineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related scientific discipline.
- PhD or PharmD is highly preferred.
Experience
- Experience in clinical pharmacology, PK/PD analysis, modelling and simulation within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Knowledge of China, US, European, or other international regulatory requirements related to clinical pharmacology.
- Experience with model-informed drug development principles and quantitative decision-making.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, SAS, R, Other pharmacometric or modelling software
- Strong expertise in pharmacokinetic analysis and PK/PD modelling.
- Ability to interpret complex clinical pharmacology data and communicate scientific insights clearly.
- Experience preparing technical reports, regulatory documentation, and scientific presentations.
- Able to travel when required.
