Establish and maintain engineering document management systems, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
Collect, organize, and update project documents aligned with project progress.
Oversee document quality control, digitization, and staff training initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
1. Engineering Document Management System & Process

Establish and improve the management system and workflow for engineering documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Classify, code, archive, and store project documents to maintain order and traceability.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of documents, handling expired or invalid records promptly.

2. Collection & Organization of Engineering Documents

Collect, organize, review, and update various engineering documents, including design files, construction drawings, site diaries, acceptance reports, etc.
Maintain close communication with project teams to ensure timely collection and archiving of project materials.
Ensure project documents are synchronized with project progress to support decision-making effectively.

3. Engineering Document Quality Control

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of engineering documents, meeting relevant standards and requirements.
Conduct quality inspections and evaluations of documents, promptly addressing issues to improve document management practices.

4. Utilization & Sharing of Engineering Documents

Provide document inquiry, borrowing, and reproduction services to other departments or projects as required.
Promote digitization and informatization of engineering documents to improve efficiency and sharing.

5. Department Management & Training

Oversee daily management of the Document Control/Engineering Documentation Department, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Organize regular internal training to enhance staff’s professional skills and work capability.

6. Ad-hoc Duties

Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
