Job Summary
As a Senior Embedded Networking Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality embedded networking solutions. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet stringent performance and reliability standards while aligning with client requirements and industry benchmarks. You will be expected to contribute to the technical direction of projects, mentor junior developers, and drive enhancements that enhance user experience and system robustness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Embedded Networking Features By Troubleshooting Complex Bugs And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, Ensuring Compliance With Client Requirements And Project Specifications.
2. Provide Client Support Through Data Presentation, Information Analysis, And Ticket Resolution, While Monitoring Client Needs And Maintaining Schedules For Timely Delivery Of Tasks Within Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create And Update Documentation Related To Enhancements And Cmmi Requirements, Ensuring All Technical Specifications Meet Client And Organizational Expectations.
4. Offer Technical Guidance To Junior Developers, Fostering Their Growth In Embedded Networking Technologies And Best Practices.
5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather And Analyze Requirements For Development, Ensuring Alignment With Overall Project Goals And Technical Feasibility.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Embedded Networking Technologies And Protocols With A Strong Understanding Of System-Level Programming.
2. Familiarity With Programming Languages Such As C/C++ And Python, Specifically In Developing Networking Applications.
3. Basic Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Tools For Version Control And Project Management.
4. Good Understanding Of Debugging Tools And Techniques For Embedded Systems.
5. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effective Collaboration With Clients And Team Members.
Other Requirements
