In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Drive profitable growth of the China Marine Lifecycle Service business through strategic planning, pricing management, market expansion, and portfolio development.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across China and Hong Kong by implementing customer-centric service models and strengthening customer relationships.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing service organization, including talent development, performance management, and team engagement.
- Optimize operational efficiency through process improvement, KPI management, digital tool adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging global collaboration and best practice sharing.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, sustainability, and responsible business practices across service operations.
Participate actively in global matrix leadership teams and contribute to regional and global business objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the marine, aftermarket, or service industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Experience managing pricing strategies, service offerings, and business performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead teams and drive results in a complex matrix organization.
