Job Responsibilities:
1. The TE manager who will take lead to co-work with R&D and MFG, is responsible for product test requirements and coverage, supporting test processes development and enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within Lenovo Inhouse plant.
2. Ensure the E2E test process and test fixtures/equipment operate optimally, while maintaining test flow and compliance with test standardization.
3. Oversee test engineering-related tasks, including testing issue analysis, test work instruction updates, and training of local TE.
4. Engage in inhouse transition projects, developing test processes and preparing new test fixtures for new product introductions.
5. Take charge of NPI-related troubleshooting, as well as testing issue collection and analysis.
6. Support new test requirements and maintenance, track test process readiness, handle related technical issues, and drive product quality improvement through testing technology.
7. Work with local TE to formulate a Continuous Improvement Plan and drive MFG to execute it, covering manufacturing process optimization, identification of improvement areas, and implementation of efficiency-enhancing solutions.
Job Requirements:
1. Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above on above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and technology, Automation, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or C#. basic knowledge of scripts command, such as Windows PowerShell/CMD, EFI shell.
3. Fluently speak English, be skilled in reading & Writing, CET 4 or above.
4. The PC testing knowledge for finish goods and 8 years experiences or above, MES and production related systems, NPI process, manufacturing process, system, network and engineering technical solutions, with proven expertise in finding quick and effective solutions to complex technical problems in PC product manufacturing engineering field.
5. Soft skill: Team management, Strong problem-solving abilities, team orientated, good communication skills, organizational capacity and collaboration capability, project management ability.

岗位职责：
1. 测试经理主导与研发部和制造部的协作，负责产品测试需求和覆盖率，支持测试工艺开发，并提升联想内部工厂的效率、质量和安全水平。
2. 确保端到端测试流程及测试治具/设备处于最佳运行状态，同时维护测试流程并符合测试标准化要求。
3. 负责测试工程相关事务，包括测试问题分析、测试作业指导书更新以及本地测试工程师的培训。
4. 参与内部转移项目，开发测试工艺并准备新产品的测试治具。
5. 承担新产品导入相关的故障排除及测试问题收集与分析工作。
6. 支持新测试需求和维护，跟踪测试工艺准备进度，处理相关技术问题，并通过测试技术推动产品质量改进。
7. 与本地测试工程师合作制定持续改善计划，并推动制造部落实执行（包括优化制造工艺、识别改善空间、实施解决方案以提升效率和生产力）。
岗位要求：
1. 学历背景：电子工程、计算机科学与技术、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如Python或C#；具备脚本命令基础知识，如Windows PowerShell/CMD、EFI shell。
3. 英语口语流利，读写熟练，大学英语四级或以上。
4. 具备8年以上PC成品测试知识和经验，熟悉MES及生产相关系统、新产品导入流程、制造工艺、系统、网络及工程技术解决方案，在PC产品制造工程领域具备快速有效地解决复杂技术问题的成熟专业能力。
5. 软技能：具备团队管理能力，较强的问题解决能力。
