The ultimate goal of the OEM Engineering organization is to generate technical trust in our product portfolio and an overall trust in our company.
Experience developing reference implementations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), with the ability to transition them into production-ready solutions.
A proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
You will have the following technical skills & experience:
The position demands a candidate with deep technical knowledge of:
OS level software integration strategies (Linux and QNX experience would be an asset)
Automotive platform architecture (software focus)
Experience with functional safety designs (ISO26262 focus)
Software performance analysis and performance enhancement techniques
C/C++ development experience
CI/CD deployment strategy, integration of tooling into 3rd party pipelines
In addition, the OEM Engineering Organization is responsible for evaluation and potential integration of innovative technology solutions from strategic partners. The ability to work with the bleeding edge in technology (with a degree of comfort) is a plus. Travel will be a requirement.
