Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Working experience in automotive or component development, preferably focused on:
Vehicle thermal management / thermal systems / coolant circuits.
Thermal operational strategy, actuator control, or functional strategy calibration.
System validation, thermal testing, load case execution, and data analysis.
Good understanding of coolant circuits, chiller-based battery cooling, PTC-based battery heating, air path concepts, heat exchangers, fan/shutter systems, and thermal component protection principles.
Experience using calibration tools such as ETAS INCA, CANape, and standard automotive measurement equipment.
Familiarity with model-based development, e.g., MATLAB/Simulink.
Experience in working with requirements specifications, function models, system interfaces, load case matrices, and validation/release documents.
Good understanding of vehicle electrical systems, E/E architectures, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.).
Proficiency in interpreting and developing system requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
