Job Responsibilities
PCS硬件架构与产品开发
-
负责大功率储能 PCS 硬件架构设计与关键技术方案制定;
-
负责双向 AC/DC、双向 DC/DC、三电平、全桥等主流功率拓扑的分析、选型、设计与优化;
-
负责 IGBT、SiC MOSFET 等功率器件选型、应用设计及门极驱动方案设计;
-
参与功率 PCB 设计与评审,优化功率回路寄生参数、EMI 性能、热路径和可制造性;
-
推动产品性能、可靠性、效率与成本持续优化。
功率器件评估与实验验证
-
建立并完善双脉冲测试(Double Pulse Test, DPT)能力,开展器件开关特性、损耗、驱动参数及安全工作区评估;
-
支持功率半导体、磁性器件、滤波器及关键硬件单元的技术评估、样件验证与选型决策;
-
基于测试数据推动硬件设计优化,形成可复用的设计准则和验证方法。
快速样机开发与技术攻关
-
推动 PCS 快速样机开发(Rapid Prototyping)、系统集成、硬件调试及验证工作;
-
定位并解决散热、电磁干扰、环流、器件应力、失效保护等系统级问题;
-
快速定位硬件失效问题并制定解决方案。
产品竞争力分析与成本优化
-
开展主流储能 PCS 产品 Benchmark,分析竞争产品架构、器件选型、热设计、控制硬件和成本结构差异;
-
推动关键器件成本优化、本地化替代及供应链协同创新;
-
结合市场趋势和客户需求,为产品性能提升、成本优化和差异化竞争提供技术建议。
标准认证与可靠性设计
-
负责硬件降额设计、热设计、EMC 设计及可靠性设计优化;
-
熟悉并支持产品满足IEC、UL等相关标准要求,了解储能系统并网、安规及EMC认证工作;
-
参与产品可靠性验证、设计验证和量产导入过程中的技术风险关闭。
PCS产品规划与技术路线制定

参与PCS产品平台规划和产品路线图制定;
-
跟踪SiC、高功率密度、模块化PCS及Grid Forming等前沿技术;

为下一代PCS产品开发及平台化建设提供技术决策支持。
Job Requirements
工作经验
-
8年以上电力电子产品开发经验,5年以上储能PCS、光伏逆变器、UPS或新能源变流器开发经验;
-
具备大功率电力电子产品从需求定义、研发设计、样机验证到量产落地的完整项目经验;
-
具备储能行业产品开发经验者优先。
专业技术能力
-
精通储能 PCS 硬件架构、主功率拓扑、功率器件应用及门极驱动设计;

熟悉 IGBT、SiC MOSFET 等功率器件特性、驱动保护、损耗评估及热设计方法;

Energy Storage PCS Power Electronics Expert
Job Description
As an Energy Storage Power Conversion System (PCS) Power Electronics Expert, you will serve as a core technical contributor to PCS product development. You will be responsible for PCS hardware architecture, power topology design, power semiconductor application, gate-driver design, prototype validation, and the resolution of critical technical issues.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing the next generation of energy storage PCS platforms. By integrating industry technology trends, customer application requirements, and competitive product analysis, you will drive continuous improvement in product performance, efficiency, reliability, cost competitiveness, and platform scalability.
You will establish an effective closed-loop process across technology planning, solution design, verification and testing, failure analysis, supplier technical evaluation, and product roadmap development. Your work will support the company in delivering internationally competitive energy storage PCS solutions.
Job Responsibilities
PCS Hardware Architecture and Product Development
-
Lead the hardware architecture design and development of critical technical solutions for high-power energy storage PCS products.
-
Analyze, select, design, and optimize mainstream power conversion topologies, including bidirectional AC/DC, bidirectional DC/DC, three-level, and full-bridge topologies.
-
Lead the selection and application design of power semiconductor devices, including IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs, as well as the design of associated gate-driver circuits.
-
Participate in power PCB design and design reviews, with a focus on optimizing power-loop parasitic parameters, EMI performance, thermal paths, and manufacturability.
-
Drive continuous improvement in product performance, reliability, efficiency, and cost.
Power Device Evaluation and Experimental Validation
-
Establish and continuously enhance Double Pulse Test (DPT) capabilities to evaluate device switching characteristics, switching losses, gate-drive parameters, and safe operating area.
-
Support the technical evaluation, sample validation, and selection of power semiconductors, magnetic components, filters, and other critical hardware assemblies.
-
Use test data to drive hardware design optimization and develop reusable design guidelines and validation methodologies.
Rapid Prototyping and Technical Problem-Solving

Drive PCS rapid prototyping, system integration, hardware debugging, and product validation activities.

Identify and resolve system-level issues related to thermal management, electromagnetic interference, circulating currents, device stress, and fault protection.

Perform rapid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of hardware failures and develop effective corrective solutions.
Product Competitiveness Analysis and Cost Optimization

Benchmark leading energy storage PCS products and analyze differences in product architecture, component selection, thermal design, control hardware, and cost structure.

Drive cost optimization of critical components, localization and alternative sourcing initiatives, and collaborative innovation with supply-chain partners.

Provide technical recommendations for product performance improvement, cost optimization, and competitive differentiation based on market trends and customer requirements.
Standards Compliance, Certification, and Reliability Design

Lead hardware derating, thermal, EMC, and reliability design optimization.

Support product compliance with applicable IEC, UL, and other relevant standards, with an understanding of grid interconnection, electrical safety, and EMC certification requirements for energy storage systems.

Participate in reliability validation, design verification, and production launch activities, ensuring that technical risks are identified and effectively closed.
PCS Product Planning and Technology Roadmap Development

Participate in PCS product platform planning and product roadmap development.

Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, including SiC-based solutions, high-power-density designs, modular PCS architectures, and grid-forming technologies.

Provide technical decision-making support for next-generation PCS product development and platform strategy.
Job Requirements
Professional Experience
-
At least 8 years of experience in power electronics product development, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of energy storage PCS, photovoltaic inverters, UPS systems, or other power converters for renewable-energy applications.
-
Demonstrated end-to-end project experience in high-power power electronics products, covering requirements definition, product design and development, prototype validation, and transition to mass production.
-
Previous product development experience in the energy storage industry is preferred.
Technical Expertise
-
In-depth expertise in energy storage PCS hardware architecture, main power topologies, power semiconductor applications, and gate-driver design.
-
Strong knowledge of the characteristics, gate driving and protection, loss evaluation, and thermal design of power semiconductor devices, including IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs.
-
Proven experience in high-power PCB design, with the ability to use EDA tools such as Altium Designer to complete schematic and multilayer PCB designs or conduct critical design reviews.
-
Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, electronic loads, and other laboratory equipment, with strong capabilities in hardware debugging, fault analysis, and failure localization.
-
Proficiency in one or more simulation tools, such as PLECS, PSIM, LTspice, or Saber.
-
Experience in EMC design, component derating, thermal design, reliability validation, and cost optimization.
Standards and Certification Experience
-
Familiarity with one or more applicable standards, including IEC 62477, IEC 62109, IEC 61000, UL 1741, and IEEE 1547.

Understanding of energy storage PCS grid-interconnection, electrical safety, EMC, and reliability validation processes, with the ability to support product certification and corrective-action activities.
