The Head of AMX oversees all aspects of School Admissions, Marketing and Community Experience to attract and build a community of families who embrace the holistic educational journey for students to succeed within and beyond Dehong.

Leading a team of experts and providing a personalized and warm admissions experience to support the school’s growth plan, the Head of AMX will be a member of the School leadership team.

Further, the role oversees all aspects of school communications to develop and implement an integrated communications plan to build the school’s reputation, manage issues and crises, and engage a breadth of stakeholders (partners, parents, students, staff).

We are Looking for Someone Who

Deliver the Group admissions promise, ensure Dehong Beijing admissions targets are met and new strategies are applied to maximize enrolment
Maintain accurate data on Dehong Beijing enrolment, tracking this through the year and against previous years, and making recommendations for the setting of targets for the year ahead
Maintain and track enrolment records of other schools in the area and the region, in particular those that are competitors
Assure quality in the levels of customer service in outward facing staff (including receptionists) and ensure the highest quality of prospective parent communication through all available media
Be the school’s ambassador to engage with key local stakeholders to inform and enhance the Dehong Beijing’s marketing strategy to attract “best fit” families
Follow up and convert “best fit” families and build the school community
Analyze market opportunity, segments and deliver competitive intelligence
Conduct parent research to understand and create personas
Design admission journey based on research & personas development
Administer all relevant data
Manage forecasting, scorecard & maximize enrolment
Build enrolment partnerships and outreach
