You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Business, ideally with a specialization in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, or Industrial Engineering, and are looking to develop your career in a demanding international environment.
You have at least two years of professional experience (including apprenticeships or graduate roles, in line with Chinese immigration requirements) in procurement, quality, manufacturing, industrialization, or supply chain. This experience has given you a solid understanding of industrial operations and supplier relationship management.
You have knowledge of:
- Quality management and document control systems;
- Supply chain management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent);
- Supplier performance management and/or industrial project management.
Comfortable working with data analysis tools, you are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Power BI would be a strong advantage. Your analytical mindset enables you to interpret performance indicators and formulate relevant recommendations.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, allowing you to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese would be an asset to facilitate communication with local suppliers.
