职位宗旨
To support the local deployment of the global Pricing 3.0 in China, as well as the maintenance and iteration of various global/local pricing systems, and to prepare relevant analytical data/reports for the implementation of pricing strategies, thereby facilitating business decision-making.

Monitor scheduled jobs in Local Pricing database (SQL Server), ensure monthly data updates, proactively detect and resolve data anomalies (missing, duplication), and trigger data repair processes as needed.

负责 Local Pricing 数据库（SQL Server）定时任务监控，确保月度数据稳定更新，主动发现并处理数据缺失、重复等异常，必要时触发补数或修复流程。

Assist in reviewing business logic of Local Pricing database, optimize table structures, indexes, and partitioning strategies, identify bottlenecks, and improve data processing efficiency.

协助梳理本地定价数据库业务逻辑，优化表结构、索引及分区策略，定位性能瓶颈，提升数据处理效率。

Lead daily operations and iterative improvements of local pricing tools, including regular/annual price package updates, user permission configuration, and basic system settings.

主导本地价格工具（日常/年度价格包维护、用户权限配置、系统基础设置）的日常运维及迭代优化。

Integrate with global data systems, perform ETL for multi-source data, ensure cross-system consistency and real-time updates; participate in annual and patch testing of global pricing systems, execute test cases, and track defect fixes.

对接全球数据系统，完成多源数据 ETL，保障跨系统数据一致性与实时性；参与全球价格系统年度及补丁版本测试，执行测试用例，跟踪缺陷修复。

Build core price indicator dashboards using Power BI, track trends across multiple dimensions, and produce regular analytical reports; establish anomaly alert mechanisms to manage abnormal regions/clients and ensure policy compliance.

Quickly respond to ad-hoc project-based analysis requests from management, deliver data insights or thematic analysis to support business decision-making.

Skills / Qualifications技能要求与任职资格

Business or Finance Degree preferred

商务或财务专业本科优先

2+ years of experience in data operations, data/business analysis, pricing experience is a plus

2年以上数据运营、数据/商业分析经验，有产品/服务定价经验者优先

Familiar with at least one of MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, experienced with complex queries, window functions, stored procedures, and other advanced database features.

熟悉MySQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL中至少一种，了解并使用过复杂查询、窗口函数、存储过程等。

Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, functions, Power Query)， VBA or Python is a plus
