About the role
执行中国区销售治理战略框架，确保销售活动在合规前提下高效推进，平衡业务增长与风险管控，通过前瞻性的治理机制赋能销售组织，支持公司长期战略目标的实现。
负责实施和监督销售治理框架、政策与流程，确保销售活动的合规性、一致性与高效性，支持业务战略目标的实现的同时管理销售风险。
Key Responsibilities
· 落地中国市场战略相匹配的销售治理路线图，推动治理体系从 reactive compliance 向 proactive enablement 转型。
· 通过治理战略直接影响中国区销售业务模式设计与资源分配，提升销售团队的行为规范与业务流程。
· 领导复杂环境下销售政策与流程的重构与优化，识别系统性风险并建立控制机制。
· 制定并持续优化销售治理框架、政策、流程与标准，确保其符合公司战略与中国法规要求。
· 监督销售合规性，包括但不限于反贿赂、数据隐私、合同管理及行业规范等。领导销售风险评估，识别潜在风险并推动改进措施。
· 协调跨部门治理协同机制，解决政策落地中的结构性冲突与资源壁垒
· 与销售、法务、财务等部门协作，确保销售政策在业务中的有效落地。
· 开展销售行为分析与合规预测建模，提前识别潜在违规模式。
· 通过修正和执行治理政策，解决系统性销售风险，保护公司品牌声誉与运营牌照，避免重大财务与法律损失。保障公司在中国市场的合规运营与声誉。
· 推动销售组织能力建设与文化转型，将治理内化为核心竞争力之一。
Qualifications and skills
· 本科及以上学历，商业管理、法律、财务或相关领域。
· 5 年以上销售治理、合规、战略运营或风险管理经验，其中 2 年在管理岗位，有跨国企业区域级治理体系建设经验。
· 精通中国商业环境下的销售模式、渠道结构及监管动态，能预判政策演变对业务的影响。
· 熟悉快消、医药或 B2B 等行业销售模式及渠道管理。
· 深刻理解行业竞争格局与销售创新趋势（如数字化销售、生态合作等），能将治理融入业务前沿。
· 具备竞争对手分析与市场趋势洞察能力，以支持治理策略的制定。
· 具备较强的商业敏感度，具备商业模型设计与流程重构经验，能够将治理要求转化为可执行的业务解决方案
· 熟悉各类销售相关系统在销售治理中的应用。
· 具备项目管理与变革管理经验，推动治理文化在组织内的落地。
· 具备领导销售治理转型项目成功经验，熟悉数字化销售环境下的治理创新。
