Business Process Solutions (BPS) and Tax practices help businesses manage their accounting, tax, payroll, and technology processes by leveraging experienced professionals who provide advice and practical support through a mix of outsourcing, contract personnel, cosourcing, and project related services. Core services include: financial accounting and operations, business process technology, human resources and payroll, and tax compliance and reporting.

Work you'll do

Develop and enhance impact of finance and accounting solutions by applying best practice, conducting research, executing analyses using simple RPA tools and developing reports
Drive seamless execution and implementation of payroll solutions targeted at key client’s needs and enhanced by leading practices
Drive implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives
Provide initial recommendations based on current legislation across the Global Tax and Business Advisory function to engagement leadership
Demonstrates in-depth technical knowledge of local and international rules and regulations
Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations
Articulate how technology enables the business and communicates this effectively to clients while ensuring appropriate technologies and methodologies are used on projects

We are looking for someone with

【必备条件】

经验：
- 3年以上互联网产品经理经验，其中至少1年直接负责AI驱动型产品（如AIGC工具、AI Agent产品、Agentic Workflow等）；
- 有AI+财税落地经验

技术理解力：
- 理解机器学习/深度学习基本原理，熟悉常见算法类型（分类、聚类、NLP、CV等）及其应用场景
- 对人工智能技术有一定的理解，并具备将这些技术转化为实际产品方案、能够深入理解用户痛点，能够将复杂业务流程拆解为可执行的Agent任务规划
- 了解模型开发流程（数据准备、特征工程、训练、评估、部署）和常用评估指标（Precision/Recall、F1、AUC等）
- 有实际 LLM / AI Agent / Multi-Agent 产品经验者优先，理解Prompt Engineering、RAG、Fine-tuning等概念
- 具备Agentic AI设计范式能力，具备工具调用、RAG、知识图谱、记忆管理等产品化经验
产品能力：
- 具备优秀的需求洞察和逻辑分析能力，能处理不确定性强的AI项目
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据洞察分析业务场景，构建面向用户的智能解决方案和产品模型
- 出色的文档撰写和原型设计能力，熟练使用Figma、Axure、SQL等工具
沟通协作：强大的跨团队沟通和项目管理能力，能有效翻译技术语言与业务语言
学历：计算机科学、数据科学、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业本科及以上学历

【加分项】

具备一定代码能力如Python，能独立进行简单数据分析和模型效果验证
有成功构建生产级AI Agent或Agentic Workflow的经验
熟悉企业端到端业财流程，熟悉或有大型ERP项目实施经验，对B端业务流程的AI化应用有相关经验及深刻理解。
