Work you'll do

技术访谈与分析：

与客户的CTO、研发总监、项目经理及核心工程师进行深度技术访谈，全面理解客户的研发项目、技术架构、创新点及核心算法。
精准识别和判断客户的技术活动是否符合相关税收优惠政策中对“研发活动”的定义和要求。
分析客户技术的先进性，并将其与行业现有技术水平进行对比，提炼核心竞争优势。

技术文档撰写与梳理：

负责撰写、审阅和优化高质量的技术文档，包括但不限于：研发项目立项报告、技术可行性分析报告、核心技术说明、知识产权关联性说明等。
将晦涩的技术细节，用清晰、准确且具有逻辑性的语言呈现，使非技术背景的审批人员能够充分理解项目的创新价值。

跨部门协作与支持：

与税务、财务顾问紧密合作，确保技术材料与财务数据、法律文件高度一致，共同完成项目的整体申报。
参与项目整体规划，从技术角度评估项目风险，并提出专业建议。

We are looking for someone with

【必备条件】

教育背景： 计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息等相关理工科专业，本科及以上学历。
工作经验： 2-3年及以上在IT、互联网、软件开发企业从事技术研发、产品管理、项目管理或技术管理等相关工作经验。
技术能力：
- 深刻理解软件开发生命周期（SDLC），熟悉至少一种主流编程语言（如Java/Python/C++/Go等）及相关技术栈。
- 对某一或多个前沿技术领域（如AI/ML、云计算、SaaS、大数据、网络安全、区块链等）有深入的理解和实践经验。
- 具备较强的技术文档撰写能力，能够将复杂的系统架构和技术逻辑，通过文字和图表清晰地表达出来。
软性技能：
- 出色的沟通和访谈能力，善于通过提问引导对话，快速抓取关键信息。
- 卓越的逻辑思维和分析能力，能够快速学习和理解不同行业客户的业务和技术。
- 高度的责任心、注重细节，并具备优秀的团队协作精神。
- 具备在压力下同时处理多个项目的能力。

【加分项】

有在大型科技公司或知名互联网公司的工作经验者优先。
有专利撰写、知识产权管理、政府科技项目（如国家重点研发计划）申报经验者优先。
有咨询行业或售前技术支持等面向客户的岗位经验者优先。
对财税政策有一定了解或浓厚兴趣，并愿意在此领域长期发展者优先。
