Job Description of Quality Engineer
-
Handle and analyze non-conforming materials during operation and facilitate & monitor necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier quality data and follow up, verify and monitor supplier’s corrective actions.

Organize and participate in regular supplier audit and monitor quality improvement of supplier.

Create or update quality procedure and inspection criteria, training relevant employee and verify its effectiveness.

Monitor production process quality data and create, implement & follow up improvement plan.
-
Organize and participate in regular process & product audit and follow up quality improvement actions.
-
Handle customer complaints and follow up improvement actions.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering.
- More than 3 years of quality control or process improvement work experience in related manufacturing company.

Good at listening, reading, written & oral English.

Good at data analysis and familiar with BI tools and Minitab is a plus.
- Good communication skills and team spirit
