What You'll Do
-
Own and continuously optimize the PAT asset strategy, including criticality assessments and FMEA in our APM system

Serve as the primary technical contact for production on all PAT-related matters

Lead on-site troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and defect elimination for analyzer failures
-
Represent PAT in Capex projects to ensure design for reliability (DfR)

Support and coordinate Turnaround (TA) planning and execution

Ensure legal inspection compliance and drive FAM cost control

Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
What You Bring
-
Bachelor's degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field
-
8+ years of hands-on PAT/instrumentation maintenance experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry
-
Deep technical expertise in process analyzers (chromatographs, spectrometers, online analyzers), automation systems, and relevant GB/IEC standards
-
Proven leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and moderately complex projects
-
Familiarity with digital tools such as SAP PM, OSIsoft PI, or equivalent systems in process plant environment
-
Strong English and Mandarin communication skills

High safety awareness and a continuous improvement mindset
