Job Description:
Responsible for logistics customer order management to fulfil customer needs
Take Nexus superuser role, and lead logistics digitalization implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, warehouse, customer service, sales and marketing team, to enhance overall logistics operational efficiency
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics service performance and implement improvements as necessary
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Drive the process improvement to achieve both service level and cost benefit
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, international trading, logistics, or a related field, advanced degree preferred
Experience
Have experience with supply chain management preferably in logistics/orders operations.
In-depth understanding of logistics process/system etc
Complete understanding of logistics service management and associates performance metrics
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in ERP, TMS, and Office Systems, with excellent Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to handle change and work independently.
Ability to resolve issues effectively and bring them to closure
