Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Sales Specialist.The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through creating and managing customer relationships through sales achievement, situational problem solving, and comprehensive account management. The role will be based in XYZ territory, reporting to the XYZ manager. On a typical day you will: Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries Develop build-on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues What you will need to be successful (adjust for local regulations) You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, with a minimum of 5 years' work experience You have some experiences in the sale of technical products requiring customer consultation You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills You have strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization Add any additional local requirements here What’s In it For Me / Benefits (adjust for local regulations) You will receive a long-term employment contract with the world market leader in a crisis-proof industry.
