ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you lead the synchronization of production, materials, and logistics to achieve operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost. You champion disciplined execution and lean principles by building a high-performing, adaptable team that is focused on continuous improvement. Leveraging data-driven insights and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, you enable long-term success and set the standard for collaboration across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Logistics Costing of new project (cost calculation, transportation, packaging, investments etc.)
- Coordinate new project launch from PC&L: EDI connection, Logistics agreement alignment. Information flow/material follow design for new project.
- For new project, analysis customer forecast and order, make planning then release order and forecast to supplier to sure internal production and customer 100% delivery.
- Leveling internal production planning for new projects.
- Develop and improve packaging standards for finished goods, semi-finished and raw materials. Get customer approval, release approval for supplier.
- Identify and improve warehouse layout, material flow, information flow for working efficiency improvement.
- Push supply chain improvement to meet company's inventory and cost targets (distribution warehouse, consignment, cycle pick up)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College above, Majored in Logistics management is preferred
- 5 years’ experience on Logistics or supply chain design, with automotive management experience is preferred
- Package design and Logistics planning background is preferred.
- Good at communication, coordination and able to work under pressure
- Experienced in emergency cases, good logic analysis ability and good accountability
- I am familiar with IATF systems, good at problem-solving and keen observer on shop-floor issues
