Analyze qualitative and quantitative information, gaining insights into industry trends and business operation.

Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development and talent development programs in complex organizational environments.

Assist on new business initiatives (e.g., conducting research on prospects, creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and proposals, etc.).

You'll manage projects including tracking metrics, handling complex analyses and preparing communications to report back to clients and internal leadership.

Familiarity with software business is a plus. Proactively support Sales pipeline development (e.g. marketing, account planning, awareness sessions, etc.).
